Mission Statement
     The Chester County Public Library is a public institution providing services and resource information to meet the community residents' personal, educational, and professional needs.  Special emphasis is placed on providing popular reading, listening, and viewing materials, and to stimulate young children's interest and appreciation for reading and learning.

With your library card you may check out:

Five hardbacks and eight paperback books - due back in two weeks
Two videos or DVDs per household - due back in two days
Two audiobooks per card - due back in one week
One cake pan per household - due back in one week
One Hotspot per household - due back in one week

Overdue fines are:

Hotspots - $5.00 per day.
We no longer charge fines for other library materials.

You MUST have your card to check out library materials.

*Hotspots may NOT be renewed.  You must be 18 or older to check one out.
Hotspots must be returned inside the library.  Do not place them in the dropbox.

You may call to renew all other library materials. Materials may be renewed three times.
